End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the mobile application (“App”), website, services, and related features operated by the Company (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, users agree to comply with this Agreement.

The App provides online ordering, delivery, communication, and related digital services, including user-to-user communication features such as chat and messaging.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian permission to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated.

3. Orders & Payments

The App allows users to browse services or products, place orders, and make payments. Prices, fees, taxes, availability, and estimated delivery times may change without notice. Payments processed through third-party providers must comply with their terms and policies.

4. User-to-User Chat & Communication

The App may provide messaging or chat functionality between users, delivery partners, vendors, or support staff. Users must not use the chat system for harassment, abuse, hate speech, spam, threats, scams, illegal content, or sharing sensitive personal information.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove chat access or accounts violating these rules.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful activities
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated bots or scripts without authorization

6. Content Moderation & Blocking

We may provide users with features such as reporting, blocking, muting, or restricting other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations or harmful behavior.

7. Privacy

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide services, including account details, location data, payment information, and chat-related metadata. Personal data is handled according to the App’s Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, software, designs, and technology associated with the App are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, maps, analytics, cloud services, notifications, authentication providers, or communication systems. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App, including delays, service interruptions, payment failures, or user interactions.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at our discretion for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, abuse, or security concerns.

12. Mobile Platform Compliance

Users acknowledge that this Agreement applies to the use of the App on supported mobile platforms and app distribution services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Platform providers are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or claims relating to the App. Users must also comply with applicable third-party platform terms and conditions while using the App.

13. Disclaimer

The App and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company operates.

By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
